New project, THANK Food project, to improve food-loss problems by regaining our respects for foods. The concept is ‘The Beauty of Ugliness’.

The first wave, its 10-day restaurant where ugly vegetables welcomed customers with beautiful tastes, has successfully finished. Plenty of media covered this activation.

The second wave, its original E-commerce service, will start soon.
